Hi, happy to meet you!
I’m Pamela, a Taiwanese-American Product Designer with a background in Visual Design and Fine Arts. Using my creative thinking skills, I have built functional and delightful interfaces through exploring solutions for complex problems.
I’ve always been curious about the complexities of human behavior and emotions, so I initially sought to explore that in art and photography. However, I realized that my goal was not to only produce artworks that tell stories but also to understand their pain points and create purposeful solutions. Product design is at the intersection of storytelling and problem-solving; I want to bring positive impact to people’s lives through thoughtful and intentional design.

Stay curious💡
I’m always curious about why people do things in a certain way. Asking “why” allows me to understand users and stakeholders on a deeper level. That way, I can translate business goals and address user pain points when creating design solutions.
Stay analytical 🔍
Good design comes from deliberate decision-making. Whether it’s qualitative or quantitative data, design should be data-driven and based on research.
Stay collaborative ✨
I love working with fellow designers, developers, PM, stakeholders, and clients. I believe that the best products are not born out of individual efforts. Instead, it takes a village to make the magic happen.
